Return & Replacement Policy

At Game of Toons, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to providing replacements for any items that arrive damaged.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To process a replacement, we require photo proof of the damaged item.
  • Once the damage is verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refunds:

  • In cases where we do not have a replacement available for the damaged item, a refund may be issued.
  • Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
